If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange regular priced**, unworn merchandise for a different size, style, and/or for a store credit.
We do not offer refunds. A credit code will be issued to shop on the website. **Sale items are not eligible for exchange; all sale items are a final sale**
To facilitate your exchange you MUST contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Packages without an authorization number may be rejected.
All exchanging items must be in their original, unworn condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, perfume, pet hair, stains, hang tags removed, or worn in any way). We retain the right to refuse any exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of up to 25% on any returned goods that do not meet these requirements.
If the garments are in their unworn original condition with the tags and you agree to these terms, please send the items back with your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
Items purchased on the website may only be exchanged through the website and may not be exchanged at any specialty stores that carry our brand.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
➡ All exchange items must be received by Diane Kennedy within 21 days of their original delivery date. Exchange items sent after this time will not be accepted and returned at sender's cost.
Although shipping the item To Diane Kennedy for exchange is at your expense, Diane Kennedy will ship the new regular priced item to you at no additional shipping cost 1 time per order. Only for full priced items if located within Canada/Continental United States.
In the case where a customer requests a second exchange on an order (**or is located outside Canada/Continental United States), a standard shipping fee will be charged.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 48 hours of receipt when possible.
In the event that we allow the return of sale items; they may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. The main purpose of this charge is to recover the costs of shipping out the replacement items.
To expedite the exchange process of your purchase, please complete the following steps:
- Check your order receipt to ensure it is within 21 days of the original delivery date.
- Please e-mail us at email@example.com to request an exchange authorization number.
- Clearly write your exchange authorization number on the outside of the package
- Packages without an authorization number will be rejected and returned at the customers' expense.
