We want to take away your fears when it comes to shopping with us. Diane Kennedy Clothing has been in the business of offering sustainable, eco-friendly contemporary fashion for curvy women of all sizes for over 12 years. In this day and age, online shopping is one of the most convenient ways to shop allowing for easy comparisons and an overwhelming selection. It can all be a bit daunting. There are still a lot of people who are not comfortable ordering online. We are here to help you with that.
Don't be shy, pick up the phone and give us a call. We are happy to sit and talk you through your order, make suggestions and recommendations or describe colours, fit and any other detail you need. There is also the issue of choosing the best size for you. If you tell us your measurements we will measure the garment you are interested in and let you know what your best sizing options are. We will even place the order for you if you are not comfortable doing it yourself. We actually enjoy speaking with our customers and promise to treat you with patience and kindness.
We encourage you to call us on the phone if you have any concerns. We have a toll-free number for that very reason (1-877-994-9977). When you call us during our business hours (9 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time) the phone is answered by a real person who really wants to help you out. If you need answers at other times, sending us an email with your questions or concerns is a great alternative. Diane Kennedy clothing is located in beautiful Vancouver B.C. Canada. We are a small company that does all of our manufacturing locally. Diane Kennedy is a real person who is here every day, working on her business and making sure every aspect of the company is run with integrity and honesty. We offer a quality product and great customer service.
A note to our local customers or those travelling to Vancouver... We open our showroom to the public for special Studio Shop events twice a month. We also offer private shopping appointments in our showroom during the week. Get all the info HERE. We love meeting our customers in person and we have everything that's on our website right here and a few things that are exclusively available here only.
